Inside Salesperson

Description: We are looking for motivated and passionate inside sales associates for a technology-driven company in the Tire and Automotive industry. The ideal candidates will be confident, personable, results-focused team players who are eager to hit the ground running. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, seeking long-term employment, and be focused on upward mobility. Related experience is a plus (telemarketing, customer service, phone sales, etc.) We offer a competitive hourly base wage, with the opportunity to increase your annual wages by reaching attainable weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Calling on Potential Customers
  • Work with Potential Customers on needs Assessment
  • Ensure a smooth sales process and process transactions.
  • Maintenance and Extension of Sales Territory.
  • Image Building
  • Develop Product Knowledge
  • Participating in Sales Meetings
  • Develop customer relationships
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Desire to learn, willing to take initiative and adapt
  • Knowledge of web-based software programs helpful
  • Must be able to prioritize tasks and have tactful negotiation skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate and maintain evidence of your technical knowledge
  • Must have outstanding orbitational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Must be able to collaborate in a team-oriented environment, as well as work independently
