Dealers can review an accurate real-time list of items in your inventory along with their specific pricing and any rewards points the items may have. Over 20,000 manufacturer item numbers are preloaded into the system, complete with features, benefits, specifications and pictures. There is a very useful mapping utility to use your own item numbers if you do not use the manufacturer item numbers. If you carry a manufacturer that we do not currently have built in we will add the manufacturer for you or you can utilize the administration features to add any manufacturer you wish.
Dealers can lookup products utilizing our state-of-the-art inventory lookup system:
- By size
- By manufacturer suggested part number
- By warehouse part number
- By built in vehicle fitment guide (year, make, model, type)
- By manufacturer
- By group within a manufacturer
- By cost range (example: P235/75R15 that costs between $50.00 and $75.00)
- By selling price range (example: P235/75R15 that sells between $59.99 & $84.99)
- By gross profit percent range (example: P235/75R15 that you make between 30% and 43%)
- By type (example: passenger, light truck, import, etc)
Dealers can also lookup wheels, parts, or any other type of products you carry.
Plus Sizes - Dealers can choose to use the "Plus Size" option where any size tire can be entered and Tire Guru will give all of the available plus sizes, as well as inventory availability and their specific pricing.
Search Results - The search results are completely customizable. Each dealer upon initial use of a lookup function is asked the order in which they prefer to display the search results. They can sort the results by item #, size, description, manufacturer, on hand quantity, cost price or retail price. You can click to see the details which displays a picture of the tire, and individual specification of the tire: service description, rim width range, section width, overall diameter, tread depth, revolutions per mile, maximum load, series, speed rating, tread wear, traction, temperature, rim diameter, side, ply, color, etc. as well as features and benefits, and warranty information. Your dealers can even print a quote for their customers.
Dealer Custom Retail Pricing - Dealers can setup special retail pricing based on their own particular needs. They can setup pricing by gross profit, markup, or flat fee. They can have their pricing rounded to .99 or whatever they choose. They can set this pricing by manufacturer, group, or item and can even setup color codes to highlight certain products.
Cost Groups - Create cost groups and assign them to each dealer allowing them to see only their individual pricing. You can assign several cost groups to the same dealer. For Example: You can assign a dealer a wholesale price, a national account price, and specials, etc.
Retail Groups - You can create retail groups for suggested retail selling prices and assign to each dealer. The dealer can then choose to use your suggested selling price or create their own.
Warranties - Setup your own warranties and assign them to products. When your dealers click the warranty button they will see any warehouse warranties. For example: expected mileage or time, dealer satisfaction, road hazard, free flat replacement, road service, etc.
